1Finely Slice the Sea Beat Leaves and Onions

2Put the Gram Flour in a large bowl and season with the spices. You need enough to coat all the veg, about a handful.

3Sprinkle water over the bowl, stirring with your hands as you go. When it starts to stick together you are ready to ball it up and put into a deep fat fryer, take them out when they are dark brown and crispy.

Chick Pea Flour (gram flour)

Turmeric Powder

Garam Masala

pinch of salt
